How to Register:
In order to make sure we have enough room for this event we ask that you register in advance. Although we will happily accept walk-ins, we can't guarantee there will be enough space to accommodate them.
Payment can be made at the door.
Your registration will be confirmed via the email address you provided.

There is plenty free parking at the RA centre

Time: Virtual Reality Demonstrations from 7:00pm until 8:00pm
Presentations and meeting 8:00 pm
Cash Bar at the Fieldhouse Bar and Grill
Admission: $15 CIG Members, $17 Non-Members, $8 Students
Special Treat:
CIMS will have their Virtual Reality (VR) headset for you to try out!
Eleanor Wang will be set up in the Outaouais Room between 7:00 and 8:00 PM
We'll gather informally at the Fieldhouse Bar & Grill upstairs in the RA Centre, heading down for individual VR demos from 7:00-8:00pm.
